Refund Policy

Because Superheroines products are digital videos, photo sets, bundles, and related digital content, all sales are final once an order is placed or access has been delivered.

Please review the product title, format, variant, file information, trailer, screenshots, and available product details before purchasing.

If you experience a delivery issue, missing access, duplicate charge, incorrect product access, or another order problem, email ko@superheroines.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will review the issue and help restore access where possible.

Refunds or corrections may be reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, confirmed delivery errors, or access problems that we cannot resolve.

Unauthorized sharing, chargeback abuse, resale, redistribution, or violation of our Terms may result in loss of access and refusal of future orders.
